I Want! Privacy Policy

Publisher: Of the Bridge Studio

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. Introduction

Of the Bridge Studio publishes I Want!, a free-to-play casual fruit-merging puzzle game with fruit/watermelon and Space themes. The publisher is Of the Bridge Studio LLC, doing business as Of the Bridge Studio, in Michigan, United States. This policy describes local game information, optional rewarded advertising, and privacy-related contact with the publisher.

The initial platform is Android. An iOS release is planned; platform settings and available privacy controls may differ if that version is released. Ordinary gameplay does not require watching an advertisement. Choosing to use rewarded advertising involves communications with the advertising services described below.

This policy concerns I Want!. It is not a single policy for every other Of the Bridge Studio game, app, product, or service. Policies for other projects are listed separately in our Privacy Center.

2. Information stored locally by I Want!

Local game information includes settings and preferences such as the selected theme, high scores and game statistics, active-run save/resume information, and Shake-related state or statistics where those features are implemented. The game uses this information to remember choices, continue a run, display scores, and operate gameplay features.

Local game information is separate from information processed through advertising services. Local saves do not mean that all game-related information stays on the device. Advertising SDK initialization and operation can involve provider processing even when a player does not choose to watch a rewarded ad.

Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may remove locally stored information. The result can depend on the operating system and its backup or restore settings. Reinstalling the game or restoring a device backup may affect which information is available again. A request to the publisher does not itself erase a save on your device.

3. Information processed for advertising

The advertising stack being integrated for I Want! is Unity LevelPlay mediation, with Unity Ads as a known advertising demand source. Mediation coordinates ad availability and selection; demand networks supply advertisements and can process information through their own SDKs and systems. Unity Ads is a known source, not a confirmation that it is the only enabled source. These services are separate from local gameplay saves.

Official Unity and LevelPlay documentation describes categories that may be processed by the planned advertising integration. Depending on the SDK, platform, permissions, configuration and privacy choices, these may include device and advertising identifiers; IP addresses and approximate-location signals; app and device technical attributes; ad requests, impressions, interactions and completions; performance and diagnostic information; and consent or privacy-choice signals. Approximate location is different from precise device location. This policy does not identify precise location, contacts or payment details as collected by I Want!.

Provider-described purposes can include delivering and selecting ads, personalization where permitted, measuring ad performance, reporting, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and security. A rewarded interaction also communicates whether an ad was completed and the optional Shake reward can be granted. The publisher does not necessarily receive every item a provider processes.

These categories describe documented provider capabilities and potential processing, not a verified inventory of the released game. Unity’s general player policy covers multiple products; LevelPlay disclosures do not cover every demand network or additional SDK. Unity Ads disclosures must also be assessed separately from mediation disclosures. Exact applicable fields and purposes remain subject to review of the final Android SDK versions, enabled sources, permissions and data flows.

Initializing an advertising SDK can involve communications and processing before a player watches an ad. Declining a rewarded ad therefore does not establish that no advertising-related information is processed. The timing and scope of initialization, and any required consent before processing, must be verified for the release.

The official provider resources linked below explain provider practices and available choices. They supplement this app-specific policy; they do not replace the publisher’s responsibility to describe the processing that actually applies to I Want!.

4. Rewarded advertisements

You may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement to earn an optional Shake power-up. Ads are not required to play the core game. The initial release plan is rewarded video only, without banner advertisements.

Choosing an ad uses the advertising service to deliver the video and communicate completion so the optional reward can be provided. Declining it avoids that chosen rewarded interaction, but does not necessarily prevent SDK initialization, ad requests or other provider processing. It also does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider.

Availability and successful completion can depend on ad availability, network conditions, and provider operation. The purpose of a rewarded interaction is to offer a voluntary gameplay benefit, not to require registration or verification of an email address.

5. Personalized or restricted advertising and consent

Advertising treatment can depend on location-specific requirements, age-related requirements, platform settings, provider configuration, and the choices presented to a player. Personalized advertising should be used only where legally permitted and with any required consent. Restricted, non-personalized, or contextual treatment should be used where required.

A less-personalized advertisement is not the same as an advertisement that involves no information processing. Requesting, delivering, and completing an ad and granting its reward still require the relevant services to operate.

This policy is an explanation, not a consent request, and reading it does not provide consent to advertising. Available choices must be provided through actual platform or implemented consent interfaces. This policy does not promise a particular in-game preference switch, age gate, consent screen, or withdrawal mechanism that has not been established for the released version.

LevelPlay documents consent, U.S. privacy-choice and child-directed settings whose APIs depend on SDK version. Availability of those APIs does not establish that I Want! implements them. Consent handling before initialization, withdrawal or other privacy choices, and child-related configuration depend on the released version. This policy does not promise an in-game consent manager, non-personalized mode or age gate.

6. Third-party providers

The named advertising integration is Unity LevelPlay, with Unity Ads as a known demand source. These names identify the planned advertising stack; they are not a statement that every Unity product or every network supported by LevelPlay is used.

Advertising providers describe their practices in their own privacy information. Unity’s general player policy spans multiple Unity products. LevelPlay mediation disclosures and Unity Ads demand-network disclosures have distinct scopes and must both be reviewed for the game’s actual configuration. Linked provider information supplements, rather than replaces, this app-specific disclosure.

If additional advertising demand sources or other services are introduced, the relevant disclosures and this policy must be reviewed before representing the new configuration to players.

7. Analytics, diagnostics, and crash information

This policy does not describe a separate publisher-operated behavioral analytics system or promise that the game directly uploads crash reports. The current game design does not establish either feature.

LevelPlay and Unity Ads documentation describes provider performance, diagnostics and advertising reporting, with some product-interaction data depending on mediation partners. Such capabilities may be relevant to the advertising integration; they do not confirm a separate publisher-operated analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Local gameplay statistics are distinct from provider reporting. Actual categories require review of the final integration.

If a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting service is introduced, its processing, purpose, and player choices need to be reflected in the policy for the affected release.

8. Information players are not currently required to provide

The initial game design does not require player account registration or login, or direct submission to Of the Bridge Studio of a player name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card details to play.

There is no publisher-hosted player profile, cloud-save feature, or online leaderboard identified for the initial launch design. This is a description of that design, not a claim that advertising services process no information.

If you voluntarily contact the publisher about privacy, the correspondence can include your email address and the information you choose to put in your inquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, advertising credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information. Future account, social, payment, or online features would require a new review of the relevant disclosures.

9. How information is used

Local game information supports operation of the puzzle game, remembered settings and themes, scoring and statistics, save/resume behavior, and applicable Shake-related features. These are local gameplay purposes, separate from advertising-provider processing.

Advertising services may use information to deliver and select ads, measure advertising performance, troubleshoot, prevent fraud and maintain security; personalization depends on applicable requirements and actual privacy choices. The optional rewarded interaction also supports ad completion and the associated Shake reward. These provider-described purposes are not a claim that every purpose is enabled in I Want! or that the publisher performs each activity itself.

Information voluntarily sent in a privacy inquiry is used to understand the question, respond, and address any applicable obligations. Do not send unnecessary personal details to make a request. This policy does not assign unverified advertising, attribution, or analytics purposes to the publisher.

10. Sharing and third-party processing

Advertising SDK initialization and operation can transmit information directly to providers, even when the publisher never receives it and a player does not watch a rewarded ad. Information transmitted off-device by an integrated SDK must be considered in the game’s disclosures. Local saves do not establish that advertising information is never collected or shared.

Providers may describe relationships with their own service providers or advertising partners in their privacy information. Only Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads are identified here as the planned integration; this policy does not list speculative mediation networks or assert that the publisher receives every field handled by a provider.

Privacy-law definitions of sale, sharing, and tracking can differ from everyday meanings. This policy makes no categorical legal conclusion that advertising processing is or is not a sale, a regulated sharing activity, or tracking. The applicable configuration and provider practices must inform those assessments.

11. Data retention

Local information remains associated with the app’s local storage until it is changed, removed, or affected by app or operating-system behavior. Backup and restore mechanisms can affect the practical result of clearing or reinstalling an app. We do not specify an unverified local retention period.

Information processed by third-party advertising providers is subject to the practices described by those providers. The publisher does not promise a particular provider retention period or that uninstalling I Want! deletes information held in a provider’s systems.

Privacy correspondence can be retained as needed to address the inquiry and applicable obligations. No fixed correspondence or advertising retention duration is promised here. You can ask the publisher about the handling of your inquiry using the contact information below.

12. Data deletion and controls

You may manage local app information through the app-management mechanisms your device provides, such as clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Check the operating system’s instructions and backup/restore settings. These actions can remove local saves or preferences, but they are not a remote deletion request to an advertising provider.

Platform advertising and privacy settings may offer choices concerning advertising identifiers or tracking permissions. On a future iOS version, available choices may differ from Android. Use the controls actually present on your device and in any implemented consent interface; this policy does not promise an unverified in-game reset or withdrawal button.

For a publisher privacy inquiry, email contact@ofthebridge.studio. Requests about information controlled by an advertising provider may need to be made through that provider’s privacy tools. Of the Bridge Studio does not promise it can identify, access, or delete provider-held information that is not available to it.

13. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or particular advertising and privacy choices. The applicable rights and conditions can differ by jurisdiction and by the organization handling the information.

Contact the publisher to ask about a privacy concern or an applicable request. Explain the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. If identity or context is needed to address a request, it should be limited to what is appropriate; this policy does not ask you to provide passwords or advertising-service account credentials.

A request about information controlled by a third-party advertising provider may need to be directed to that provider. This policy does not promise rights that do not apply or a blanket ability for the publisher to act on every provider’s information.

14. Children’s privacy

I Want! is designed to be family-friendly for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. A family-friendly presentation is not, by itself, a determination of a child’s age or a claim that every privacy requirement has been satisfied.

Age-related advertising restrictions and consent requirements must be reflected in the actual advertising and platform configuration for the released game. This policy does not claim that an age gate exists or that advertising providers process no information relating to children.

A parent or guardian with a privacy question can contact Of the Bridge Studio. Please avoid including unnecessary personal details about a child. Audience settings and any additional controls must be reviewed when the game’s audience or available features change.

15. International users

The publisher is based in Michigan, United States. Availability of the game in particular countries and regions depends on the release and store distribution choices; a future iOS release may have a different availability profile.

The location of the publisher does not establish where every advertising service processes information. Consult the relevant provider privacy information for its descriptions of processing locations and international arrangements. This policy does not promise an unverified storage country, transfer mechanism, or contractual safeguard.

16. Security

No device, network, or service can be promised to be completely secure. Keep your operating system and app up to date and take care with information included in voluntary correspondence.

The publisher aims to handle privacy inquiries appropriately, and third-party service security is described by those providers. This policy does not claim a particular security certification, encryption guarantee, or independently audited protection that has not been established.

17. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when game features, advertising integrations, provider practices, platform requirements, or applicable obligations change. Material changes should be reflected in the published policy and its effective date.

The effective date appears at the top of this policy. Review the policy linked from the game or the Privacy Center for the version applicable to a release.
